LOLER requires that all equipment used for lifting is fit for purpose, appropriate for the task,
suitably marked and, in many cases, subject to statutory periodic 'thorough examination'.
Records must be kept of all thorough examinations and any defects found must be reported to
both the person responsible for the equipment and the relevant enforcing authority. Most lifting
equipment and lifting accessories will also fall within the scope of the Machinery Directive, as
implemented by the UK Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations.

ONSITE INSPECTIONS & CERTIFICATION
Our competent LEEA trained inspection engineers can visit your site to conduct statutory inspections. We are able to certify most types of lifting equipment on site or at one of our workshops. You will receive LOLER compliant reports and a full list of all equipment which has been failed, is missing or had an advisory remark from the inspector. We can tailor and plan an inspection schedule to suit your operational requirements. We can also provide dedicated site based resource for stores and certification management.
PDA UNITS AND RFID TAGGING
Using the latest RFID technology which integrates seamlessly with our online inspection system we are able to drastically improve the efficiency of inspections and accuracy of reporting. Once the engineer submits his inspections onsite the reports are generated and automatically emailed to agreed site contacts.
We will upload your certification to our secure online portal where you can access and download the latest certificate or test results. This also ensures your equipment is recalled and any testing does not become overdue.
